Hello Fight Fans, the fight of the year is almost upon us!  Below are some good links to get you going for this weekend’s fight.  UFC 148 takes place Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. In addition to Silva vs. Sonnen II, Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin meet for a third time in the pay-per-view co-headliner, which follows prelims on FX and Facebook.  FUEL TV airs replays of “Countdown to UFC 148″ throughout the remainder of the week.

• Silva (31-4 MMA, 14-0 UFC) and Sonnen (27-11-1 MMA, 6-4 UFC) meet in a rematch from their UFC 117 title fight of nearly two years ago. Sonnen delivered Silva the toughest test he’s gotten in the UFC by dominating him for more than four rounds before tapping to a triangle choke/armbar midway through the final round.

• MMA JUNKIE is airing the full episode of “Countdown to UFC 148.”  You should definitely check out that video at some point before the fights on Saturday night.
